I’m Sarah.  I tell stories.

I am a director, actor, improviser, aerial circus artist, and writer.  I have trained in five countries and taught in three.  I have performed in festivals, stage shows, immersive theatre, comedy shows, and a webseries.  I have twirled fire, spun hoops, glowed under blacklight, and done a striptease 6 metres above the ground.

As a director I have worked predominantly in physical theatre and circus so far.  I love the challenge of creating emotional connection and narrative using movement rather than words.  As a performer, I value versatility, and equally enjoy physicality, words, comedy, tragedy, and whatever in between.
